The project is a school located in Maadi with BUA 6,350 sqm. Controlling projects’ budget without affecting the quality and performance is a challenging role in a very money oriented era. Controlling the budget through providing cost estimate studies through each design stage helps the Clients and Project Manager to monitor the overall project budgets alongside with clients’ needs.
