• Develop/Update, implement, and maintain BIM Workflow, protocols, and standards within the MEP Engineering Team.
• Manage Revit project production and project contents and standard library objects.
• Ensure coordination between MEP/architecture/ID/structure/sub-consultants.
• Ensure coordination and clash detection between MEP services.
• Act as BIM Coordinator (MEP Engineering) for major projects.
• Provide day-to-day BIM technical support to the engineers.
• Leading and managing a team of MEP CAD/Revit technicians.
• Reviewing and preparing BIM execution plans, BIM Scope of work, and contractual documents.
• Attend BIM Coordination meetings, and follow up with the MEP teams.
• Interact with the clients to manage tasks required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• 3-5 proven working experience.
• In-depth knowledge of the latest version of Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
• Excellent organizational skills and communication skills, both written and verbal.
